I'm assuming that N95 respirator masks (without VOC filtering) will be the most important to produce. Is this correct? Assuming that is the case, should we go with a disposable or reusable design? And what can we use as a filter material?

its the style of mask that seems to be important with 'N95'. As the N95 masks are only as effective as the seal around your face. The 95 refers to 95% of resistance if 100% sealed.
Found some reference material about N95 masks that we should read

Please have a look at this document from year 2008 "Evaluating the protection afforded by surgical masks against influenza bioaerosols" prepared by the Health and Safety Laboratory

I have been working with another person on a printable mask for adults and a child sized one.
If we get a design that works I will post the .stl right away along with printing/slicing instructions.
