Reading the specifications we need to have control over the air volume, air pressure and the time. If, in example I have a sensor in place measuring the air pressure, than I would need an element controlling the air pressure. By using a piston rather than a flexible bag or bottle, than I could control the air volume by moving the piston plunger with a servo motor. The length of the stroke determines the volume, the motor speed the time per volume but the air pressure is more difficult to control unless we use a servo motor with torque feedback. Given the sensitivity requirements of the feedback signal any friction of the plunger in the piston would impact the torque feedback to the motor. Bottom line, unless there are fast reacting electrical pressure regulators on the market, we can only adjust the air pressure manually and use the sensor for alerts.
